ElectronicsThermal engineering increases system reliability by allowing the prediction of eventual faults caused by excessive chip temperatures. Wireless temperature methods provide a simple, powerful and cost effective to temperature data collection. The mobility of the wireless compact temperature monitoring modules allow thermal engineers to collect data from moving objects without the cable constraints.

ThermoSpyder communicates with a computer in a wireless network. The number of measurement channels can be easily extended from 8 to 400 by simply adding more ThermoSpyders to the network. There is no extra work to connect signal cables from ThermoSpyders to the central computer. Test wizard detects the channels with disconnected thermocouple wires before a test starts.
The features of thermal insulation and wireless communication allow ThermoBiscuit to locate inside a thermal chamber. There is no signal cable passing through the thermal chamber seals. It provides a better thermal leakage control for an environment chamber.
