ThermoBiscuit™ is a full featured 8-channel thermocouple monitor with an extended operating temperature range that enables convenient temperature monitoring virtually anywhere. Designed as part of a wireless thermocouple system for use in both high and low temperature environments, the ThermoBiscuit is ideally suited for temperature measurements and thermal profiling in the food processing industry. ThermoBiscuit will repeatedly withstand temperature at 500ºF (260ºC) for up to 45 minutes. Longer time duration is possible if operation temperature is closer to the room temperature. It can go right through the oven or freezer line along with your product and report temperatures in REAL TIME.

• Balancing & thermal profiling ovens in REAL-TIME
• Verifying oven performance to process specifications
• Measuring across-belt temperature uniformity in conveyorized systems
