ThermoBlade™ is a low profile, full featured 8-channel thermocouple temperature sensor monitor with an extended operating temperature range. Specifically designed as part of a wireless thermocouple system for the baking and freezing processes in the food manufacturing industry. ThermoBlade can be used in both high and low temperature process lines without any extra thermal barrier. ThermoBlade goes right through the process line along with your product to report temperatures in REAL TIME.

Cookies, Biscuits & Crackers
To make it ideal for cookie, biscuit and cracker lines, ThermoBlade has a low 1.69" overall profile and the ability to repeatedly withstand temperatures up to 500ºF (260ºC) for up to 15 minutes.

Cooling Tunnels & Freezer Lines
ThermoBlade is also perfect for cooling tunnels and freezer lines where its ability to withstand temperatures as low as -328ºF (-200ºC) and operate with special Li⁺ ion batteries continuously at -40ºF (-40ºC) enable measurement of ambient air and product core temperatures in REAL TIME.

Applications include:

• Balancing & profiling ovens in REAL-TIME
• Measuring across-belt temperature uniformity in conveyorized systems
• Verifying product core temperatures in ovens, cooling tunnels and freezer lines

ThermoBlade can also be used as a wireless temperature data logger or thermal profiler for baking, cooling or freezing. As a thermal data logger, ThermoBlade has automatic start and stop times and wireless data readout.

In addition, ThermoBlade self-diagnostics generate user alerts for error conditions including open thermocouple channels, elevated internal temperature and weak battery readings.
