Can be used with unmounted probes to monitor product core temperature

Real-time communication range up to 100' (~30m). Signal communicates through window and insulation gasket. Use Barker™ to extend the data communication distance.

The ThermoBlade™ Real-Time Kit contains everything you need to make wireless temperature measurements in low clearance food processing lines. Within minutes you can be making reliable, repeatable measurements of oven air and baking band temperatures for cookies, crackers, biscuits and more. Because the ThermoBlade Starter Kit will withstand liquid nitrogen sprays and NH₄ freezers, it can also be used to characterize almost all cooling tunnels and freezer lines.
